Acceptance of Terms
 

By using the bookkeeping services of Kostic Financial ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided
 

Kostic Financial offers professional bookkeeping services, including:

• Journal recording

• General ledger management

• Bank statement reconciliation

• Earnings record posting

• Monthly financial statement preparation
   

These services are confined to the tasks listed above. We will not perform audits or reviews of your financial statements.
 

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate financial information and for maintaining an adequate accounting system. You must also safeguard assets, authorize transactions, and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
 

Payment Terms
 

• Fees are billed monthly and payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.

• Payments are accepted via Automated Clearing House (ACH) or credit card.

• A retainer may be required at the start of the engagement, applicable against the final invoice.

SMS Communication Terms
 

Message Types:

• Promotional: Offers and promotions related to Kostic Financial services.

• Informational: Notifications about transactions, account status updates, and scheduled financial statements.

Message Frequency: Messages are sent on an as-needed basis, typically not exceeding four messages per month.
 

Cost Notice: Message and data rates may apply.
 

SMS Registration Requirements:
 

• To unsubscribe from SMS communications, text STOP to the provided number.

• For assistance with SMS services, text HELP to the provided number.
   

Privacy Policy: We commit to protecting your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Cancellation Policy
 

You may cancel or reschedule services by notifying us at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
 

Confidentiality and Data Security
 

We commit to protecting your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy and will not share your data with third parties unless necessary for service provision or required by law.

Limitations of Liability

We are not liable for losses or damages arising from your use of our services unless directly caused by our negligence. We rely on the accuracy of the information you provide and are not responsible for detecting all errors or fraud.
 

Dispute Resolution

Disputes related to these Terms will be resolved through mediation in Michigan, followed by litigation if necessary, under Michigan law.

Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
